<p>No, the F150 2WD and 4WD systems are not 100% compatible with one another. Upper control arms and rear shock can be converted from F150 2WD and 4WD. However, 2WD and 4WD trucks have different coilover assembly lengths. The Ford F150 4WD models have a longer unit that will not fit into 2WD models. The Ford F150 2WD can installed on a 4WD truck but will not provide adequate lift and will bottom out incorrectly. Shocks can be converted from 2WD to 4WD or vice versa via lower rodend conversion.
