No, the Ford super Duty 4-Link system has enough alignment adjustment available to not need aftermarket aluminum cans. Alignment adjustments can be made on the lower link to correct caster angle. If a 4-Link system is installed on a vehicle with an alignment cam kit already present the cams do not need to be removed. The ICON 4-Link can still be used to set the caster angle to fall with in spec.
