No, the ICON rear GX460 shocks are designed to gain wheel travel over stock. The added wheel travel provided by the ICON units will allow for the factory coil spring to come loose at full extension. ICON recommends using an ICON coil spring kit (Part #52700 or 52800) to complement the longer shocks.
If the factory coil spring is what you&#x2019;d rather use on your vehicle there are two options - you can use a minimum of 1&#x201D; thick urethane spacer, or you can opt to have a custom version of an ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series or 2.5 Series shock designed with the extended length of a factory shock.
